How we work
You own your accounts. Wherever possible the AI provider account, the store and the inbox stay in your name. We build on top of them rather than in front of them, so nothing about your business depends on us being reachable.
A human stays in the loop. Customer-facing agents ship in draft-and-approve mode as standard. Full autonomy is available once you have read the transcripts and asked for it — never by default.
We tell you what we cannot do. We do not sell content moderation, gambling-harm monitoring or age verification as a compliance guarantee.
